Of course we are PERFECTLY LOCATED for visiting Mickey and his friends at the Magical Walt Disney World Theme parks just 15 minutes away along with being ideal for that round of golf on the sun drenched courses; visiting SeaWorld, Universal Studio's, Kennedy Space Centre, the beautiful Gulf & Atlantic coasts, numerous shopping malls and much, much more!

Our aim is to make your visit to Florida a memorable and very special occasion and we take pleasure in introducing to you our home "Islamorada" This Stunning Villa with Sparkling Pool and top of the range Hydro Spa Hot Tub is ideally situated for discovering central Florida...

With a spacious family and second living room to relax in during the day or evening both furnished with 2 comfortable sofa's, occasional tables with lamps, coffee table and of course cable TV with DVD & VCR with an ever growing selection of movies along with games and books to suit everyone. A "Playstation" games console with games is also provided for your entertainment.

The Family Room and second living room both offer views out to the pool and are perfect places to sit, relax and enjoy family fun times. The patio doors that lead to the pool are fitted with a Safety alarm to ensure children cannot enter the pool area un-noticed, as too are all the windows.

For your peace of mind our home is registered and licensed for rental use and conforms to all the relevant safety and security regulations. We have a monitored alarm, smoke detectors, air conditioning, emergency lighting, ceiling fans and an electronic keypad entrance control so there are no worries about losing the keys!

Being in a villa gives you freedom, having a fully equipped modern kitchen allows you the choice to eat in or out, chill drinks for the children, maybe something a little stronger for the grown ups. The villa kitchen has everything you would expect to find with all crockery, cutlery and lots of non-breakables to use by the pool and for young children. Only Top of the Range equipment is used, cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee maker and electric kettle. A washer and dryer along with iron, ironing board and general equipment are available for use.

This home is ideal for 2 families sharing as the bedrooms are located to either side of the property affording privacy for all. The spacious relaxing luxury appointed Master Suite with access to the pool with US King bed (6ft), night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, radio clock alarm, TV with DVD/VCR player, large dresser and closet with the en-suite bathroom of DREAMS is the ideal place to relax and re-charge ready for another fun-filled day!

We pride ourselves on the standards within our home and the service given to our guests, rest assured knowing we use only top quality bed linens, provide an abundant supply of sumptuous towels along with hair dryers in every bathroom.
 

AThe bathroom is a bathroom of dreams. marble topped double vanity unit with dressing room lighting, deep marble roman bath tub and a massive separate walk-in shower. There is a WC, shaver point and medicine cabinet. The second master has a US Queen bed (5ft), remote controlled cable TV, VCR, occasional chair, large mirrored dresser, bedside cabinets with lamps, clock radio and a large closet. We use only quality bedding and provide plenty of spares for your use.

Located directly adjacent is a full bathroom with WC, over bath shower, vanity unit with dressing room style lighting, shaver point and hairdryer, an abundant supply of luxurious towels are available. We know how important it is for children to be happy and comfortable with their surroundings.
We had this in mind when furnishing our 2 children's rooms. For the young and the young at heart we have our Winnie the Pooh theme room, colourful, bright and comfortable. Furnished with a bunk bed (full 3ft) and a single bed this room will sleep 3 with ease. A large closet and dressers are available along with books and games. This room is located on the Queen Room side of the villa.

Our second "triple" room also with bunk and single bed has a Sea World theme. Sleep with the Dolphins, snuggle Shamu and my personal favourite the baby Snow white Seal pup! This room is located to the Master bedroom side of the villa and can have access to the en-suite bathroom if required.  The third bathroom is located ideally for use by these rooms. It has a full shower, WC and vanity unit with dressing room style lighting. Just think 3 bathrooms. No waiting!

The fully screened pool enclosure with "Florida Glass" around the bottom panels for privacy is home to the 30 feet by 15 feet swimming pool!
Ranging in depth from 3 feet to 5.5 feet this pool is ideal for everyone. Large enough to swim in and safe for the children to play. All access points to the pool area are alarmed so no-one can enter from the villa without you knowing, a must with children around.

The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting and can be electrically heated should you wish. (charge applies) Contained in the enclosure is a large covered area; "a lanai" with seating for 10 and sun lounges for 4.  What could be better than a meal sitting besides your own sparkling pool. There's even a BBQ provided for a real outdoors cooking experience!

The hot tub is FANTASTIC!!!!

The Hot Tub, a new addition to our home is enclosed in a separate area with "Florida Glass" privacy screening. This is a Top of the range Hydro Spa Omni Power Tub with jets galore, power and temperature settings to suit individual needs and fully protected with hard cover. (charge applies)
