Location

Our villa is conveniently situated in Hampton Lakes which is set among orange groves and gently rolling hills. Located off Highway 27 approximately 2 miles south of Highway 192. World Drive the entrance to all Disney theme parks is just a short 6 miles along the 192. Highway 192 has a multitude of small good quality family restaurants as well as all of the national chain restaurants. Shops and supermarkets are within 1 mile of Hampton Lakes on the US27.

Living Area

Description

The Meadows luxury villa has 6 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have cable TV. The ground floor is completely tiled except for the two master bedrooms. There is a formal dining room with table & chairs. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast area and all the usual amenities you'd expect in a luxury villa.
 

The living area has a beautiful 3 seater sofa and 2 two seater (love seats), also a 55 inch cable TV and portable cd player. From the living area is access to the large pool area which is furnished with ample sun loungers, table & chairs. The Games Room has a full size pool table, a foosball table which converts to a 5 in 1 sports table. A small selection of games, an xbox with 4 games and a selection of DVD's. The games room also has additional sofas. A utility room comprising washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.

Master bedroom 1 has en-suite and walk-in wardrobe with an American King size bed. Master bedroom 2 has en-suite and walk-in wardrobe with a Queen size bed. Upstairs sees the other 4 bedrooms and family bathroom. Bedroom 3 has en-suite and walk-in wardrobe with a double bed. Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds decorated in the "nemo" theme and walk-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has double sink area, wc and shower over bath. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds, walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 6 has 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
