Location

The community of Hampton Lakes was built in the autumn of 1998 and boasts among other things a communal swimming pool with changing and toilet facilities, basketball, volleyball and floodlit tennis courts and two children's play area. It is a dedicated rental community and not like many others in the area which are a mixture of rental and residential properties. The whole community is well maintained by a homeowners association, who ensure that all lawns, trees and plant beds are cared for. This greatly enhances the appearance of the neighbourhood. Hampton Lakes is only 15 minutes from Disney, close to other theme parks, championship golf courses and shopping malls. About things to do in Florida. As well as theme parks Florida has much more to offer. People from all over the world travel to Florida just for the Golf - there are many championship golf courses within a short car journey. And if you are not interested in golf but enjoying shopping then Florida has many malls to keep you busy for days. There are many lakes in Florida where you can enjoy a relaxing a day fishing. Not to mention the sea fishing which is available on both coasts.

Modern villa - only completed in March 2002.Four bedrooms and three bathrooms including two masters with en-suite facilities (ideal for two couples sharing or two families). Each en-suite has a queen bed whilst the other two rooms have two twin beds each. Sleeps up to eight persons + cot

A full compliment of linens and towels. A private screened, heated pool, with an over sized pool area which affords plenty of room for the family to play and relax. . In October 2004, we are having a fence put up around the pool area to make it more private in addition to a patio area and BBQ for your enjoyment.

Very child friendly - there are alarms on both pool doors as well as the front door. In addition, we have installed a child safety pool fence with self-closing gate (unlike some other villas which have a fence that can be easily left open). Free use of high chair, travel cot and stroller. Free use of an electronic safe. You put in your own personal code for your convenience. A large covered porch giving you the opportunity to retreat from the sun and still enjoy the fresh air. Luxury patio furniture for your comfort. A large fully equipped kitchen just off the pool area making it easier to eat and drink whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine.
