This excellent community is adjacent to Highland Reserve Golf Course and with 20 minutes of the championship golf courses at Southern Dunes, Diamondback and Greenleaf. In fact there are 25 Golf Courses within 30 minutes.  Two major supermarkets are within 5 minutes, with a Publix Supermarket being less than 2 miles away. There are a multitude of small, good quality family restaurants as well as all of the national chain restaurants along Highway 192.

Description

"Haven House" with 3100 square feet of living area, is a detached two storey villa, the rear of which faces Southwest thereby affording sunshine to the pool and patio area for most of the day. Outdoor facilities include the electronically heated pool, a large 6 seater hot tub, ample pool furniture and a gas barbecue. The house provides for stylish living in an open plan layout with vaulted ceilings creating a comfortable feeling of spaciousness.

The property is fully air conditioned and also benefits from a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, built in microwave, food disposal unit, self cleaning electronic oven, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and refrigerator with ice maker.

There are three double rooms and three twin rooms, together with a family room, superior games room, computer suite, kitchen and dining area. The games room contains a professional 8ft pool table, 52" screen cable TV, Playstation 2, CD Player and radio. The family room benefits from a DVD Player and a further 51" screen TV with digital cable including UK Sport/Premiership football. This room provides access to the patio and fully screened pool. The computer is configured to Windows XP and include high speed broadband internet. Additional features include a further TV in one of the master bedrooms, and free local telephone calls. International calls can be made using a phone card.

All towels and linen are provided and there are also hairdryers in all the bathrooms. There is also a collection games equipment in order to ensure that you are able to make full use of the Communal facilities. Cot facilities and a high chair are also available free of charge. It should be noted that we apply a "No Smoking" policy, and as such guests are not permitted to smoke whilst inside the villa, although smoking in the patio area is allowed. We also apply a "No Pets" policy.

Attractions & Distances

Located off Highway 27, approximately two miles south of the western end of Highway 192, Hampton Lakes is less than 15 minutes from "World Drive", the entrance to DISNEY WORLD, MAGIC KINGDOM, ANIMAL KINGDOM, EPCOT, MGM STUDIOS, BLIZZARD BEACH, TYPHOON LAGOON, PLEASURE ISLAND and DISNEY VILLAGE. SEA WORLD is twenty minutes away and in thirty minutes you can reach UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, DOWNTOWN ORLANDO or the FLORIDA MALL (the states largest shopping mall). Equally, both coasts are within easy reach using Interstate 4, with COCOA BEACH and KENNEDY SPACE CENTRE about one hour's drive away, whilst TAMPA and the white sands of the GULF COAST can be reached comfortably within one and a half hours.
