Our Villa is located in a small cul-de-sac and overlooks a Wood Land area to the rear from our Large Extended Heated Pool and Sun Deck, with Patio Furniture for 12, Pool Toys and a George Forman Electric Barbecue, to enjoy the beautiful Floridian Sun. It is fully furnished, including a Fully Monitored ADT Alarm for your Convenience.

Our Luxury Villa is Brand New, Air Conditioned with all Modern Conveniences, we provide a Welcome Pack and Wine for all Guests and are only too happy to help, no query is too small.

Lake Wilson Preserve is a quite enclave of 96 Residential and Rental Properties located off Interstate 4, at Junction 58, 10 Minutes from Disney and Close to all Major Theme Parks and Attractions. We are 3 Minutes from Champion's Gate Golfing and Shopping Complex. It has Shops, a Chemist, a Bank, McDonalds, a DVD, VCR and Games Rental Shop, Petrol/Gas Station and Hairdressers.

We are opposite the Brand New Reunion Resort with its Championship Golf Courses, Horse Riding, Multi Million Dollar Water Park (still to be finished) and Shopping Centre. The US 192, Kissimmee and Disney's Celebration are only a few minutes away, Sea World, Universal Studios, International Drive and Outlet Malls are approximately a 15-20 minute drive.

The Space Coast, Kennedy Space Centre and Bush Gardens are approximately an hour away.
