I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the website. My name is Shah and I took over www.luxurydisneyvillas.co.uk during the Autumn of 2007. I initially started off investing in properties in the UK and then moved on to selling and investing in homes in central Florida. My passion for traveling and property investment led to the inevitable move into becoming involved in vacation properties.

I developed an interest in Florida when I visited the state back in 2001. Central Florida was a instant hit with the family and the fabulous weather along with the relaxed way of living drew us to make frequent visits there after. Our love affair with Florida started in 2005 with purchasing a holiday home.

We proudly bought our first Florida villa in an area just off the US192. Following this purchase, we realised the true investment potential of the area and went on to purchase a further two other homes both in short term subdivisions near the US192 and US27.

We have used management companies to gain bookings but we quickly realised that placing our own bookings was much more financially rewarding and fulfilling. Since the development of the internet we eventually switched from marketing our villas from the paper publications to solely online mediums. We had varied success and spent a lot of money advertising on websites that simply did not yield any results or they imposed high charges or collected large commission payments. So we sought to establish a internet medium ourselves that not only produced results but also was cost effective for the villa owner and highly beneficial and productive for the visitors.

After coming across the concept behind an existing website, we sought to change and rapidly expand it. Hence we are today! Using my contacts, I was able to gain exclusive dealings with travel operators and property agents who required quality vacation villas in Central Florida.

Furthermore, we established links with other key groups interested in acquiring steady numbers of villas on a ad-hoc and regular basis. I am pleased to say that we have achieved all our aims and now we are seeking the villa owners to list property, the travel companies and individuals to book the properties.

Our ultimate aim is provide a quality marketplace for both villa owners, holidaymakers and related companies.
