Location

Our luxury villa is located on the Aylesbury community just off Hwy 27 and less than one mile from the Interstate 4. The villa is ideally located for relaxing and is within easy reach of all the Orlando attractions, shops, restaurants and golf courses.

Walt Disney World is just 15 minutes away up Interstate 4. The I4 also provides rapid access to all the other attractions, the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.

Description

Our luxury 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 10 people. Two master bedrooms each have cable TV, large closets and en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have storage closets and share an adjoining family bathroom.

A comfortable open plan living and dining area provides plenty of room for eating or relaxing. The lounge has cable television, a VCR, DVD player, CD player/radio and two sofas, one of which opens out into a comfortable queen size bed for guests 9 and 10.
 

The fully equipped kitchen has all that is necessary for those who enjoy cooking or just wish to self cater. There is a full size oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, in fact, everything you may need including a kettle and tea pot. Adjoining laundry and ironing facilities are provided should you need them.

Access to the private pool is via alarmed patio doors for the safety of children, from either the living area or the main master bedroom. The fully screened pool area has comfortable sun loungers, a table and chairs for al-fresco dining. The pool can also be heated if required. A covered lanai provides shade for those who have seen too much sun. Both pool and lanai can be illuminated at night for relaxing or a refreshing swim after a busy day at the parks.

Attractions & Distances

Disney is 12 to 15 minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studios about 25 minutes. Several excellent golf courses are only 5 - 10 minutes away. Shops and restaurants and, of course, the large shopping malls are also within easy reach. Orlando International airport is approximately 45 minutes and Sanford airport about 60 minutes.
