Within an hours drive of Calabay Parc you could be watching a space launch from Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast or walking on the warm white sand at Clearwater on the Gulf Coast. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants close at hand for your convenience. At the end of the day you can relax and unwind on the screened lanai deck beside the pool, which can be illuminated in the evening.

The Lounge Area

Description

 We have a spacious open plan family lounge, incorporating the kitchen. The furnishings are of high quality with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas also armchairs. cable T.V, occasional tables and lamps. The 3 seater sofa in the lounge converts to a full sized double bed if required. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fitted out with all the essential equipment and more for your perfect Florida Vacation. This includes a full sized oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender etc. There are numerous other items provided, like a full set of cutlery, crockery, glassware and housewares. There is also a plastic set of plates, bowls and plastic glassware for use around the pool area and for those al-fresco dining occasions. But if you're like us the fridge will only contain drinks, ice creams and snacks because eating out is so cheap.

Access to the utility room is off the kitchen and contains a family sized washing machine and a tumble dryer, also an iron and ironing board.

  There is a formal dining area containing dining table and chairs that will seat 6 comfortably for those special dining occasions. The Breakfast Nook seats 4 and is ideal for a quick snack, or for children. The master Suite is large, light and airy and contains a queen sized bed, dressing table with drawer storage, bedside tables and lamps. There is a walk-in wardrobe, T.V. ceiling fan and air conditioning. You also have access to the pool area. The sumptuously appointed en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sink vanity unit, corner bath and WC. Master Suite 2 is another spacious double bedroom with queen sized bed, dressing table with drawer storage, T.V, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air conditioning. You also have access to the pool area from this room. Luxury en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower area, single sink vanity unit and WC.
  
  Bedrooms 3 & 4 are large twin rooms and have ample wardrobe space, drawer storage, bedside table and lamp and they share a separate bathroom just off each room, complete with shower over bath, WC and handbasin vanity area.
  The Pool has a covered lania with chairs and loungers, a table for al-fresco dining, ceiling fan, pool with under water lighting and patio lighting. There is also room on the pool deck for sunbathers.
  
  If you fancy a midnight swim the pool can be heated at any time on request but at an extra charge.
