There are two other bedrooms both with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom with bath and shower facilities.The living area is open plan, bright and spacious with large patio doors leading to the pool. There is cable tv and ample seating space.

There is a separate utility area with washing and drying machines and iron and board. There is a separate formal dining area with slate and iron dining table and chairs.
