Description

The Villa is 4 bedroom which sleeps up to 10 people, and has a Private Heated Pool with Spa. The fully fitted kitchen features an American fridge with ice maker as well as all the normal appliances including a dishwasher. The Main Master bedroom has an on suite bathroom that has both a shower and a bathtub, his and hers sinks and WC. The second master bedroom has an on suite bath/shower and WC.
The Lanai has loungers and a table and chairs for eating outside by the pool. The property overlooks a retention pond from the pool, so is not overlooked.

 The villa is fully air conditioned with additional fans in the lounge and master bedrooms and the lanai. The lounge has comfortable furnishings and a TV with DVD. The den, which has a fold down queen size bed has a TV with Playstation. 3 of the bedrooms have TV's all TV's have cable channels. The heated screened swimming pool which has a Spa, is in the sun all day, there is a shaded area near the patio doors. The fully fitted kitchen features an American fridge with ice maker and all the normal appliances. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
 

Attractions & Distances

All the main attractions are within 10 to 15 minutes drive away. Disney World, incorporating Epcot, Universal Studios and Sea World. Champions Gate Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away. The many shopping outlets and malls are also just a short drive away as is Old Town Kissimee.
