This villa is situated on Calabay Parc, a prestigious development just 15 minutes from Disney. It is located on US27 just off Highway 192 and I4 giving easy access to all major attractions and East and West coasts. It is ideally situated for visiting Disney World, MGM Studios, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Busch Gardens and many more. There is also first class shopping and a variety of great value restaurants nearby. Golfers will be spoilt for choice by the numerous top class courses within minutes of the villa including Greg Norman's Champions Gate. The Atlantic Ocean Beaches and the Space Coast are about an hours drive to the East and the white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico are about 90 minutes drive to the West.

Description

The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has a spacious comfortable family room which is open plan and includes a queen size sofa bed, 27" cable TV, DVD, hi-fi and a selection of coffee/occasional tables. The room also has a ceiling fan for your extra comfort. Patio doors lead out to the pool area. It is an ideal place to relax and unwind.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There is a large oven with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker and a full complement of electrical appliances including coffee machine and toaster. Cooking utensils and all crockery and cutlery etc is also provided. The kitchen has an informal eating area and is next to the formal dining room.
 

The breakfast nook in the kitchen has a window seat and an extending table for those larger gatherings. There is a door leading to the fully equipped laundry room with a commercial size washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. (no need to take any dirty laundry home!)

A formal dining room is next to the breakfast area. This is the perfect room for those romantic meals after a tiring day on the golf course or at the shopping malls or theme parks.

The main master bedroom is furnished to a very high standard and has a large walk-in closet for storage with plenty of coat hangers and lots of drawer space. It is also fitted with a ceiling fan and a 19" cable TV. French doors give direct access to the pool area. The beautifully appointed en-suite bathroom is an absolute dream. There is a deep corner tub and a large shower. The vanity unit is fitted with twin basins. Open the cupboards and you will find a hairdryer and an abundance of towels. A door next to the tub leads to a separate WC.

The beautifully furnished 2nd Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a TV with full cable access. French doors open on to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom consists of a large shower, vanity unit and WC. The vanity unit contains a hairdryer and a good supply of towels.

Both twin bedrooms are furnished to the same high standard as the rest of the house. They have large built in wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Both rooms have cable TV and one has a PS2. There is a shared bathroom located between the two rooms which consists of vanity unit, WC and bath with shower over the bath. There is a hairdryer and plenty of towels in the vanity unit.

The mesh screened pool area provides a pest free zone for sunbathing and swimming. The pool gets the sun from morning through 'til night so sun worshippers are well catered for. The area also has a covered lanai with ceiling fan for those wishing to cool down in the shade. The pool lights enhance the beauty of the pool making it the ideal place for those alfresco suppers or even for a late swim. The pool also has optional heating if required. There is a good selection of luxury patio furniture to ensure your comfort. All doors and windows on to the pool area are alarmed for the safety of children.
