Location

We are just 10 - 15 minutes drive away from Disney World.  Chatham Park is a quiet residential community that boast's it's own security patrol, children's play area, tennis courts and basketball court. There is also a large lake with an abundance of wild life such as ducks that you can feed and turtles that you can sit and watch basking in the sun. Just 10 minutes down the road you will find Wal-Mart along with Flea Markets, shopping plaza's, banks, restaurants and crazy golf attractions. All in all you will never be very far away from a great day out.

The Dining Area

Description

 Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large dresser. There is also a very large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large well lit mirror above a vanity unit with sink insert. There is a toilet and roman bathtub with over head shower and glass sliding doors.

The lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas, side tables and lamps. There is a TV with cable television, a CD player, a DVD player and a VCR. Various CD's, DVD's and videos are provided for you to watch and listen to. You will also find a personal computer which is internet accessible with broadband access. (more details of this can be found on our web site). There are a selection of board games for all age groups and a games console with 76,000 games to choose from. Just plug it into the TV and off you go.

The dining area will comfortably seat 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. there is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, cooker and all pots, pans and cutlery.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with side tables with lamps, a large walk-in closet and small dresser with mirror. The third bedroom has a twin bed and a full size bunk bed with a single on the top and a double bed on the bottom.
There is also a large walk-in closet. The cot can be found in the closet should you need it.

The second bathroom is shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. You will find a vanity unit with sink insert and a well lit mirror above it. There is a toilet and bath with overhead shower and glass sliding doors.

In the garage you will find a Air-Hockey Table, a Football (Foosball) Table and a darts board with soft tip darts. You will also find the washing machine and dryer in here too. there is also a highchair, stroller (buggy) and car seat for your use should you need them. If you need to use the car seat you will need to tell us when you book.

The pool is fully screen enclosed and can be heated if required. You will find patio table and 4 chairs and 2 sunloungers. There is also a BBQ for your use. All we ask is if you use the BBQ, please clean it afterwards. Failure to do so could result in you losing some of your security deposit.

Attractions & Distances

Disney World is 10 - 15 minutes away. Sea World is 20 minutes away. Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure 25 minutes away. Busch Gardens is 1 hour and 15 minutes away but is worth the drive.
