Our villa is located at Clear Creek in a quiet road just 1 mile from US-192 and only 10 minutes away from Disney World and all its attractions. The villa which is 1670 sq. ft in size, backs onto a wooded conservation area, home to many species of birds, and offers peace and quiet after an action packed day at Disney or on one of 30 golf courses situated close by.

At the entrance to the development there is a shopping plaza with Supermarket, bank and post office.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans in all rooms. The villa is furnished to a very high standard. It features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, games room, kitchen, utility room, living room, family room and eating area outside overlooking the swimming pool. The master bedroom features a super-king size bed (7' square), huge walk-in closet, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV, the third bedroom twin beds, cable TV and the fourth bedroom is decorated with the children in mind: it has character bed linen on a futon bunk (sleeps 3) and on a single bed. There is also a cot available at no extra cost. Full accommodation is for 10 plus 1 infant.
 

Two beautiful large living areas include a formal dining area, comfy sofas, cable TV/DVD and hi-fi system and separate cable TV/VCR in the family room, with a selection of videos and games for all the family. The pool area is screened and features a deck with ample patio furniture for sunbathing or outdoor dining. The sparkling pool is South Facing and cleaned weekly and is very inviting after a hectic day or as an early morning start for you energetic folk. The games room has, foosball, pool table, electronic darts, air-hockey and table tennis.

The luxury fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer with ice-maker plus all utensils and crockery. The separate utility room includes large washer, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. Telephone with free local calls. Alarm to pool areas for the safety of children. All linen and towels are provided. A safe is available to hire from management company.  Management company just 3 doors away are available to help with anything else you may require.
