Our beautiful holiday home is located on the lovely community of Hampton Lakes. We are a 15 minute drive to Disney World and just 10 minutes from hundreds of Shops, Restaurants and Bars. Hampton Lakes offers Tennis Courts, Basketball and Volleyball facilities, plus there are also 2 children's play areas.

 Our 5 bed villa is FANTASTIC. The villa is split over 2 levels, downstairs hosts the 2 master suites, Kitchen, Great Room and Dining Room and Upstairs hosts a further three bedrooms and the third bathroom. The Pool area is wonderful, there is plenty of room for dining and sunbathing, and as the Pool backs onto Conservation land you are not overlooked - perfect and peaceful for relaxation! -We also have a Games room which includes a Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Tennis. On the upstairs landing there is another 'Games' area where we have a Playstation 2 with a selection of games to enjoy

• All rooms are fully furnished to a high standard. There are Queen sized beds in both master suites and 2 singles in each other bedroom.
  
  We also offer Baby Equipment for your use while staying in the villa - we have a Cot, Highchair and stroller are 15 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Centrally located, we are about an hour's drive to Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic coast; and about a ninety minute drive to the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

• We are approximately a 12 Minute drive to Disney and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. There are excellent facilities along H27 which is at the entrance of Hampton lakes, including 24 hr supermarket. There are also plenty or Shops, Restaurants and Bars located on the 192 which is less then 5 minutes from our villa. Orlando International Airport is approx 40 minutes away.
