One hour) It is some 30 minutes from Orlando Airport. The Disney Main Gate complex is only 15 minutes easy drive away and is close enough to take a pass-out from the Parks to return home for a break or a rest by the pool. There are many Golf Courses nearby. Universal Studios and Church Street Station are only 20 mins away and Sea World is only 10 mins away Our home is set in peaceful landscaped surroundings with a garden that flows into
conservation woodland behind.

Description

Our home is beautifully furnished to a high standard of comfort and design. We ask guests' to be careful and considerate, although every effort has been made to create an easy-care home. We request that smoking is restricted to the pool deck and garden areas.

POOL: A 26ft long, underwater lit, shaped pool is surrounded by flower beds, filled with shrubs. Large deck for al fresco dining and sun bathing.  Very well equipped with all weather furniture. The entire pool and deck area is enclosed with a fine mesh, framed screen to keep out any bugs, although the pool deck area and the house are regularly sprayed to ensure a bite free zone. During the Winter months, when the night temperature drops, the pool can be heated by a heat pump at an additional cost, pre arranged. The pool water is kept warm by a roll out thermal cover.

GARDEN: The garden is laid to lawn and landscaped with many palms and shrubs, automatically watered by an underground irrigation system at night. The rear garden rolls away into Woodland and along with the pool is in full sun all day, although shade is provided on the deck by a motorised sun awning for added protection against the sun.

LOCAL SHOPS & RESTAURANTS: Perfectly located 1 mile from Highway 192, which boasts an established development of shops, banks, Malls and restaurants and, within walking distance is a newly opened Super Wal-Mart. Along the 192, there is also a host of differing attractions, e.g.
Medieval Times, Old Town, Water Mania, Mini Golf and Air Boat rides.  The Factory Shops at The Belz and the Florida Malls are only 20 mins
away, via the Interstate.

• MANAGEMENT : We have an excellent family team who are available to assist, 24 hours in an emergency.

• LINEN: All bed linen, and towels are all provided. As non-iron they are easily washed and tumble dried. Maid service is provided in between lets.

• SECURITY: For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with automatic exterior lights, linked smoke detectors, emergency lights and fire extinguisher.

• SAFE: One is installed to allow complete security for all your valuables and instructions on use can be given when final payment is made. A charge of £1.00 per day is levied.

• TELEPHONE: A credit card telephone is installed. Local calls to the area are free.

• CLIMATE: Florida enjoys temperatures that seldom fall below 70f. A jacket may be needed on some Winter evenings. The Summers are hot, often in the 90's. Shorts and tee-shirts are standard uniform.
