Licensed to sleep up to 10 people. There is a large spacious eat-in kitchen with microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There is a dining area which has a table and six chairs. It is a single storey villa which sleeps up to 10 people. The villa is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans. The large pool is screened and has a seated porch area. Pool heating is an optional extra if required. The lawned garden area has a built in barbeque. The master bedroom has en suite toilet,2 sinks/circular bath/walk-in shower facilities and a King bed. There is a cable TV in this bedroom. There is a bedroom with twin beds. There are two further bedrooms with double beds and 2 further bathrooms both with sink/bath/shower facilities. The living room has TV/VCR/DVD and CD player for your personal use. The villa has a double garage and a utility area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Private Pool and lanai, TV/VCR/CD/DVD cooking utensils, pots and pans, and linen provided. Patio furniture. Range/oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, iron, vacuum cleaner, telephone with free local calls, Outside built-in barbeque. The villa has an alarm, smoke alarms and pool door alarms. Videos provided are Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets and Kangaroo Jack. DVD's provided are Harry Potter Prisoner of Azkaban and Scooby Doo 2 - Monsters unleashed.

It is just 15 to 20 minutes drive from Disney, and 5 to 10 minutes drive from 192 highway where you will find lots of shops, restaurants supermarkets and Medieval Times. It is About 20 minutes drive from Orlando airport and about 1 hours drive from Sanford airport. The Atlantic beaches and Kennedy space centre are about 1 hours drive away and the gulf beaches are about 1 1/2 hours drive away.
