The Lounge Area

Description

Our villa backs onto a conservation area giving a high level of seclusion at the rear of the villa and around the pool area. With 2 master bedrooms with ensuite baths, 2 twin rooms and a shared bath along with a pull down settee in the living/lounge room gives ample sleeping accommodation for 10 people. The pool is totally screened allowing sunbathing without the worry of insects. This villa has only recently been repainted throughout in a tasteful and relaxing colour scheme. Linen, towels etc are all provided with full cooking and washing facilities laid on. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. The pool has an heat pump for when the weather is not quite so warm thus permitting all year round swimming.

Attractions & Distances

Disney World is 10 minutes away (Even during peak traffic times). SeaWorld is 20 minutes and Universal is approx 25 minutes (subject to traffic on I-4). Medieval Times is only 5 minutes drive. US 192 is 5 minutes away where all the dining areas etc are available. Walmart and Publix supermarkets are 5 to 10 minutes away resp. Vineland Premium Outlets is 10 minutes whilst Florida Mall and Mall of Millenia are only 35 minutes drive. Everything you can think of is available within a radius of 10 to 15 minutes. Orlando Int'l airport is only 35 minutes drive with Sanford approx 50 minutes drive both are easily accessible on direct road routes.
