The house is not overlooked at the rear as there is a walled boundary at the rear. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. 

There is a formal dining room. The kitchen is open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar with leads to the family breakfast area. There is a spacious living room with twin sofas and additional seating, TV and DVD. From the living area there is direct access to the private pool. The pool has a integrated spa area. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs for those evening al fresco meals by the pool.

The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area.
