How do we book?

First check the availability of the villas you wish to stay at. Then call the owner or email them. If the villa has a online booking facility then you can book instantly through to link in our website site. If you have any problems contact us at info@luxurydisneyvillas.co.uk

What entertainment is provided?

Each house is fitted with cable T.V. to the lounge and Master Bedroom, DVD player and DVD's. You either bring your own DVD’s/ or rent them from the local Blockbuster or buy them cheaply at Walmart!

Is the pool heated?

It can be. This is only really applicable between November and March when the evening temperature can fall. If you want you pool heated, you should request this at the time of booking. If you arrive and decide to have the pool heated then you must accept that it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool and you are invoiced from the day it is turned on. Some villas have a hot tub / jacuzzi, which can be used all year round to ease those aching muscles after all the fun of the theme parks & attractions. The pool heating charge is dependant on the villa owner.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Shortly before you depart, the villa owner will contact you with details of how to get to the villa from the airport and details of how to gain access to the villa using the keybox and the gate codes.

Do we need to bring towels?

All linen and house towels are provided, but you need to bring your own beach towels.

Are there stores nearby?

Close by is a 24 hour Superstore, 24 hour Pharmacy, Winn Dixie & loads of other convenience stores.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you may smoke on the outside deck area using the ashtrays provided there. In Florida, you will find that smoking is not allowed in public places such as restaurants and there is a total smoking ban within the airports.

Are there restaurants nearby?

One mile away there is the infamous US192 where are a wide variety of Restaurants/Take Outs including Pizza Hut, Taco-Bell, McDonalds, Burger King, Steak Restaurants, Seafood Restaurants,& lots more.

What medical services are nearby?

There is a walk in Medical Centre situated next to the Splendid China complex and there is a also the main general hospitals on the US 192 and US 27, both about 10 - 15 mins drive from the villas. The pharmacies are great and we have found the assistants to be very helpful and knowledgeable. To dial emergency services from the villa such as the Fire Dept, Ambulance and Police Dept dial 911 for the telephone.

What services are provided?

The villa will be thoroughly cleaned before you start your holiday and a supply of linen and towels left for you. There is a full inventory carried out prior to your arrival which will ensure adequate supplies. The pool is cleaned and serviced weekly and the gardener comes weekly to cut the grass etc.

Is there a contact for questions /enquiries?

We have a Property Manager who are on hand 24 hours a day for any problems or queries.

How many people can stay in a villa?

Rental homes are governed by the State of Florida’s Dept. of Hotels. Just like hotels, there is a maximum number of people that you are allowed in each rental. They allow 2 guests per bedroom.

What happens if the extra guests are children who can sleep on the floor?

Florida law is very strict. Between our pool, garden and maid services we know if there are too many guests, plus many of our neighbours are residents and will inform our Property Manager accordingly

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, we have to say no as many guests have allergies.
