Four Corners is situated at Davenport, on US 27. The villa - Pelican Cove - is a few minutes drive from a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants. We are ideally located for all of Orlando's attractions - shopping areas, entertainment and restaurants, and within easy reach of Interstate 4 which provides access to either coast of Florida.

Description

The house was built in 2003, is fully air conditioned with high cathedral ceilings giving a feeling of light and space and is furnished to the highest specification. There are two master suites with queen-size beds - one has a walk-in dressing room and safe - and two twin bedded rooms - one furnished especially for children with bright primary colours. There is a fully fitted bathroom with shower placed between these two rooms. The kitchen is open plan, is completely equipped to host a dinner party or fix a snack and with a table which seats 8. A separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is nearby. There is a comfortable family room/lounge with a TV and Hi Fi, numerous brochures for your perusal and a small library for your enjoyment.

• A brand new Games Room for 2006 contains a Pool Table, Turbo Air Hockey, Darts, 76 Channel Flat Screen TV and Hi Fi. The private, south facing swimming pool and spa are reached from sliding patio doors from the family room and master bedroom. Every bedroom has a remote 76 channel TV and the children's room also has a VHS. A free cot, high chair and pushchair are available for our youngest guests.

• Pelican Cove is situated just under 15 minutes drive away from all the Walt Disney World attractions. with Sea World and Universal Studios placed around 20 minutes. International Drive is a 30 minute drive.
