Location

Minnie's Den is only a 10min drive to the Walt Disney Parks and 20/25mins to Sea World & Universal Parks. The resort itself has free on-site facilities for all guests and include: Tennis, Volleyball, Gym, Large Resort Pool with fountain, Internet access/wireless connection and MC are on-site/call 24/7 for all you questions/help. Adjacent to the Resort there are 2 stores where you can purchase the basic needs and only 2mins drive there is a 24hr Walmart. Restaurants galore are within 10mins and to suit every taste and budget.

The Pool Area

Description

Overlooking the conservation area this Villa it is not overlooked from the rear and and gives you that added privacy. The Villa boasts 4 bedrooms which include a King Bedroom, 1 Queen and 2 twin bedded rooms. All of the bedrooms have their own TV's and 2 of the bedrooms even have their own Patio doors which lead onto the Pool/Spa Deck.

Their are 2 bathrooms one being en-suite to the King Bedroom and has a Garden tub bath, shower , toilet, vanity unit plus walk in closets. There is also a family bathroom which also has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The family room has 2 sofas (one converts to a queen size bed if needed) plus 1 chair, coffee and end tables, Large TV, DVD and Games console.
 

Fully Fitted Kitchen, Microwave, Range, Ice maker Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Water Purification unit etc etc. Separate Laundry room which houses a Washer, Dryer, Iron & board. Fully Equipped Games Room with 8' Pool Table, 8' Air Hockey Table, Spectator table and stools. Extended Pool & Spa deck which as already stated overlooks a conservation area and thus your Pool area is not back to back with another home as many are. The Pool Area has ample seating with 2 sets of tables and chairs, Sunloungers and stools. All Linen & Towels are provided however I do ask guests to provides their own beach towels for use at the Pool & Water Parks.
