Location

Our villa is located on the beautiful and prestigious community of Greater Groves, approx 15 minutes from Disney. Greater Groves is just off US27 and perfect for all the attractions Orlando has to offer. The community has its own tennis and basketball courts which as a guest you will be free to use. Just outside the community there is a selection of shops, banks and a post office.

Description

This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 with large double beds and 3 with twins. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with his and her basins and 2 full sized family bathrooms.

The kitchen is open planned with a breakfast bar and everything you will need including pots and pans. As well as a formal dining room there is another table with chairs in the family breakfast area.There is a very spacious living room with direct access to the pool. The south facing pool has a lanai area which is furnished with sun loungers, tables and chairs for those evenings by the pool.

All bed linen and towels are provided. The separate utility room has full size washing machine and tumble dryer. This is a very spacious and comfortable villa in a fantastic location, anybody staying here will not be disappointed.

Disney 15 mins, Sea World and Universal Studios 25 minutes. Orlando Airport 35 minutes and Sanford Airport 55 minutes.
