The property it is ideally located for all of Orlando's attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses and is within easy reach of the Interstate 4 which provides access to either coast of Florida.

Description

The fully air conditioned property contains a large family room with seating for 6, a combined TV, video, DVD & CD unit, coffee table & ceiling fan. The lounge is furnished with a sofa and a sofa bed, there is also a TV, video & stereo in this room. There is a formal dining room and informal 'nook' (dining area).
The open plan well fitted kitchen has access to the laundry room, with washing machine & tumble drier.
There are 4 bedrooms all with fitted carpets. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower.

There is a further double bedroom with bathroom adjacent and 2 twin rooms with a bathroom between them.
Outside there is a large shaded lanai with lights and fans. The screened pool and spa can be heated at an additional charge. A barbecue is situated outside the pool area.

All linen & towels are provided. The detached property has a south facing pool and spa which looks out over a large grassed area and is not overlooked at all.

Attractions & Distances

The villa is situated on Highway 27 just north of the junction with Highway 192, which leads directly to Disney (approx 12 minutes drive) and within easy reach of Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive & the Kissimmee area where there are numerous shops and other attractions. Busch Gardens & Kennedy Space Centre are about an hours drive away and both east & west coasts of Florida are under 2 hours drive away. There are many high quality golf courses in the area.
