Location

Our villa was brand new in October 2005 and is on the gated community of Highgate Park which is a prestigious development with tree lined boulevards and a beautiful enormous conservation area on you doorstep. It has its own tennis courts and children's play area which is totally safe as it is a gated community. The villa is positioned ideally for both the theme parks ( Disney 10 minutes ) and golf courses including Champions Gate with its two championship courses only minutes away, yet we are set in a beautiful tranquil setting with absolutely no traffic noise and yet still so close to US27.

Description

There are two lounge area, the first has been set up to provide a calm restful area with comfortable furniture for you to relax in at the end of the day, the second one is the family room with 32" LCD flat screen tv and dvd player. This room opens out onto the extended pool deck and the oversize pool and spa, this room has been tastefully furnished as has indeed the whole house. Also on this floor we have a dining area with seating for six people and we also have a breakfast nook with seating for four people which opens out onto the pool deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you need including fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, waste disposal unit and ample cutlery and crockery for twelve people.
 

There are also four bar stools. We have a utility room with washer, drier, iron and ironing board. There is a bedroom with queen size bed and tv with patio doors which open on to the pool deck and there is also a twin bedroom. The bedrooms share a bathroom and there is also a 1/2 bathroom on this level. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with king size bed and tv and with its huge master bathroom. then you have two more twin bedrooms and a bathroom. On this level we also have a loft area for the kids with a playstation2. The pool area is huge with a large covered lanai for that shade if you require it and for alfresco dining with a rectangular table and chairs. There is a removable pool guard to protect the kids and stop them falling in. The pool has been extended and is lit at night as is the spa just right for relaxing in after a hectic day at the theme parks or on the golf course. The pool deck also has its own bathroom so you do not need to dry of and go into the villa and there is a cabana shower. Lastly we have a games room with pool table and air hockey. All bedrooms are equipped with remote tv's.
