Our beautiful 4 bedroom villa which is brand new for 2005 is situated in the Mediterranean styled gated community of High Grove. Set in an ideal location, High Grove is only 300 yards from the Highway 192 and Highway 27 intersection and with-in 6 miles of Walt Disney World and many more of Orlando's world famous attractions. The excellent road system means the Gulf coast beaches can be reached in 80 minutes, the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches in 70 minutes, and the airports in 35 minutes for Orlando and 60 minutes for Sanford.

Description

Our luxury villa comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (2 king sized master suites), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, 5 televisions all with cable, Video & DVD Player, and a luxury South facing screened Pool and Spa which can be fully heated (charges apply). With over 2,070 sq ft of air conditioned living space, all of which is superbly furnished to a high standard, our villa would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults comfortably and has its own private true South facing screened Pool and Spa. The Family room contains two large luxurious leather sofas, one of which can be easily converted into a double sized bed.

The room contains lots of table space and lighting, while Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and providing a great view. As a safety precaution should young children be staying at the villa, all doors out onto the pool deck are alarmed.

To help keep everyone entertained you will find a large screen cable TV, while ceiling fans ensure you keep cool as you relax. The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer/Ice machine, large selection of Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, Toaster and Coffee Machine (essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks). The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with enough seating for two people.

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the rear of the garage which can be accessed from inside the home. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs. The Kitchen has a telephone from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using most credit cards. Adjoining the Kitchen is the dining area, which has a large wooden topped table and six chairs. It is ideal for both formal and casual meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this section of the villa. The villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably (including 2 on the sofa-bed).

Two of the bedrooms are master suites and two are twin bedrooms. Both master bedrooms have a large King sized bed, cable television, ceiling fan, and clock radios, as well as each having a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in Shower. The first master bedroom has no shortage of storage space with a large walk-in closet. The final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors out onto the pool deck
The second master bedroom has ample storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers, while the en-suite bathroom allows direct access out onto the pool deck and doubles as a poolside shower room.

Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds, cable television and a PlayStation2. A built-in closet and drawers in each room proves plenty of storage space. Located conveniently in-between the two rooms is a shared en-suite bathroom. The front part of the bathroom that the two rooms lead into has a large mirror and washbasin. The rear part which is separated by a door contains a toilet and a bath / shower unit.

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Family Room. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep. Our luxurious villa has its own 14 by 24 foot pool and spa, all available for your use, and with the added luxury of being true South facing which means sunshine all day long!

It is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The spacious surrounding patio is furnished with high quality furniture including chairs, table, and sun loungers, giving you the option of just lying back and soaking up the Florida sunshine, or sitting round the table to enjoy lunch and a couple of nice cool drinks.

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained.

For those times when even swimming and sunbathing is too much, you will be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Spa. For additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, all the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed. The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom which is accessible from the pool deck without the need to enter our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day. You will find a complete folder of information in the villa on your arrival.

On-site facilities at Highgrove include a luxurious clubhouse with many seating areas, a children's play area and a large communal pool with plenty of decking space and sun loungers. The Clubhouse closes at 7pm every night, but during the day it offers a big screen TV, Games Room and both standard and wireless Internet access.
