Relax in Comfort in our 4 bed pool home, Highlands Reserve (sleeps 8)

Location

Our home is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf community, an established community which is a mix of residential and rental homes all maintained to a high standard.The on site facilities include a championship standard, Par 72, 18 hole golf course, communal pool, tennis courts and kids play area.

We are just off Hwy 27 within easy reach of both the I4 and US192 for ease of access to the theme parks and all that Florida has to offer.

Description

Our 4 bed 2 bath villa sleeps up to 10 people in levels of comfort you will not find in an hotel room.
We want you to leave our home feeling that the accommodation has added to the memories of your time in Florida, and not just been somewhere to sleep! The villa has a central air conditioning system and ceiling fans for your comfort. When you want to relax you can either sit in comfort in the living area where you will find cable Tv, DVD player, or go to the kids room which has been equipped with a Tv/video and playstation2 console as well as a selection of games to keep the kids happy.

You also have a full size pool table and FREE high speed internet access from the computer. There are patio doors from the lounge to the pool area for easy access which are alarmed for child safety. You also have free use of a safe to keep your valuables in.

Feeling like some fresh air? Where better to either start or end the day than in your own fully screened and heated (when required) pool, which has pool furniture for the less energetic. If you have reached your quota of sun for the day there is also a covered area with ceiling fan to keep you cool in the shade.

And so to bed !

The four bedrooms are equipped as follows :
1. The master bedroom contains: A queen size bed, Large storage/hanging closet, Dressing table with drawers and mirror, a 25" cable Tv, Bedside drawers with bedside lamps, an en-suite bathroom containing a twin vanity unit with large mirror area and lighting, a very big walk in shower area and finally a w.c.
2. The second bedroom has a double bed in a bright room, ample storage/hanging space in the built in closet & bedside table with lamp.
3. The third bedroom contains 2 twin beds again with large built in storage closet, bedside units and table lamps.
4. The fourth bedroom also contains 2 twin beds, storage closet, bedside drawer units but it also has the third Tv with video player and Playstation 2 console & games to keep the kids happy.

The family bathroom which consists of vanity unit, mirror, shower, bath tub and wc is located between bedrooms 2,3 &4 for ease of access.

In the lounge area there are two comfortable sofa's one of which folds out to make a very comfortable queen size bed for guests 9 & 10 if required.

Time to eat ?
The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to do as much or as little cooking as you like.
There is an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle (not common), dishwasher, fridge/freezer (with ice & water dispenser in door), waste disposal, and of course all the pots, pans & china you should need.
You then have the choice as to where to eat, either in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen or in the more formal dining room in the next room for those candlelit moments.

Just in case !
There is a washing machine and drier in the laundry area as well as iron & ironing board for when the clothes that you thought you had plenty of run out.
