Location

Location is probably the most important consideration in planning your vacation and that is why "Highland Reserves" is the most sought after Sub Division in the greater Orlando/Kissimmee area in central Florida. Highland Reserves is built around a championship Par 72 Golf Course. There is a Publix Food Store (exceptionally clean) at the bottom of the road within walking distance of our Villa. There is a Wal-Mart Super Store just 2 miles north on highway 27.

The journey form Orlando International and Sanford airports to Highland Reserves takes about 40 and 60 minutes respectfully.

Description

Our Villa is part of the Best Western Hotel Program and meets the very high standards set by Best Western. It comprises of 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, 2 Living rooms, Dinning room, fully fitted Kitchen and Breakfast room, Laundry room with large washing machine and tumble dryer and a 2 car garage.


The extended pool deck has a fabulous 180 degree panoramic view of the golf course and the surrounding conservation area. The pool is southwest facing receiving the Sun all day long. There is ample furniture for you to relax and Sun bathe by the large (heated) pool which is screened to offer you maximum comfort. There is also a covered Lanai with ceiling fan if you prefer to sit in the shade if the Sun is too much. Nothing can compare to sitting by the pool in the evening watching the Sun set on the distant horizon.

 

The rear Living room has a large T.V. offering over 60 channels of sport, films, drama, weather etc. with a DVD and Video player for your convenience.

The Master Bedroom with King size bed, offers the greatest comfort to Mum and Dad, the ensuite bathroom has both a large walk-in shower and a very large bath (also known as a garden tub) and separate wc. The bedroom downstairs has a King-size bed and is situated beside the bathroom ideal for a second couple. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen size bed and the 4th and 5th bedrooms have single twin beds next to the 3rd bathroom. The Villa will sleep 12 people comfortably as the front living room has a fold out queen size love seat. All the bedrooms have their own T.V. and ceiling fan. The rear Living room has a large T.V. offering over 60 channels of sport, films, drama, weather etc. with a DVD and Video player for your convenience.

Attractions & Distances

 Yet this villa is only Ten Minutes from the Main Gate of Disney and its Four Theme Parks and two Water Parks, not to mention Down Town Disney and the great night life. Sea world and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure are within 15/25 minutes. Kennedy Space Center a 60 minute drive is well worth a visit. Bush Gardens in Tampa are 75 minutes drive. There is so much more to explore in this area of Florida.
