The Living Area

Description

This luxury 5 bed, 4 bath villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and ideal for 2 families sharing or large family groups. It comprises of 2 American King sized master suites, both with access to the pool area, a double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms (one disney themed) sharing a disney themed bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's with cable and either a DVD or VCR. The spacious lounge area has a big screen TV, DVD and stereo, high speed internet connection, ample seating and access to the pool area.

Next to the lounge is a formal dining area and the fully equipped kitchen which is open plan with a breakfast bar and adjacent breakfast area. The games room has a full sized slate bed pool table, large air hockey table, Playstation 2, Electronic dart board and a selection of board games and children's toys.
 

The screened pool area comprises of the pool with spa, sun loungers and covered lanai area. For additional safely there is a child safety fence which when closed separates the pool from the lanai. The lanai has a table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. All bed linen and towels are provided. The separate utility room has a full size washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board. A crib, high chair and stroller are also available.
