This fully air conditioned villa has 1 master bedroom with queen size bed, TV also en suite shower room with twin sinks,wc, large double shower and walk-in wardrobe. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, and share a second bathroom with bath/shower. There are 2 lounges,1 classed as a family room with reclining 3 piece suite, 2nd lounge area with queen size sleeper sofa, settee and easy chairs. Dining room with table and 6 chairs.
Garage, partly used as a games room with 8ft slate pool table and 6ft electronic air hockey game. Fully fitted kitchen together with table 4 chairs and bench. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.
All doors from property to pool area alarmed for child safety. Outside is a 30ft x 12ft enclosed pool, (heating available at extra cost of £10 per day), sunloungers and table and chairs. Fixed Gas Barbeque situated outside of pool enclosure.
