This luxury villa is ideally situated with The Mouse, the Dog and The Duck as neighbours, less than 4 miles to the main gates of Walt Disney World, just off Hwy 192, near Interstate 4, with all the attractions close by but quietly nestled in Indian Ridge Oaks, a walled community with a good mix of residential and vacationers alike. Indian Ridge Oaks a community pool, playground, tennis courts and a football field.

The Living Area

Description

The villa is extensive with 2040 sq ft of lavish living space, the master suite has a kingsize bed with TV and DVD and a huge bathroom, a heart shaped bath and big walk- in shower. There are 3 further bedrooms 1 double and 2 with twin beds, these are Disney themed. There is a living room, dining room and a separate family room that leads onto the large south facing pool with large extended deck area that contains ample pool furniture and loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate utility room. A cot/crib and highchair are provided as a Gas Grill/BBQ in fact all you need is your sun cream and a bathing costume, and perhaps your Mickey Ears and you are all set.
