Location

Our brand new luxury villa is situated on the The Manor at Westhaven (within easy reach of US27 and the Interstate 4). The Manor is a quiet gated community with a tennis court and children's play area. The house is ideally located for theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and golf courses (Champions Gate being less than 5 minutes away). East and West coast resorts are within a 90 minute drive.

Local amenities - supermarket, pharmacy, video rental, bank are all less than a 5 minute drive away.

Description

Put simply this house has four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a pool with spa (and overlooks a working orange grove). The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, dressing room and ensuite with corner bath, large separate shower and twin sinks. This room also benefits from patio doors leading out onto the pool area.

The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite with large shower and twin sinks. It too has doors leading out onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin bedded rooms and have the use of the third bathroom which has a bath with shower over. This third (pool) bathroom has direct access to the pool area (but is not ensuite to bedrooms 3 & 4).  All bedrooms have a TV and there is a Playstation 2 console with games in one of the twin rooms. Both ensuite bathrooms have hair dryers.

The lounge is large and spacious with a high ceiling making if feel light and airy. There are two sofas (3 seater and 2 seater - sofa bed) plus an armchair. There is a TV and DVD/CD player. From the lounge there is direct access to the pool area via three patios doors that slide right back. The larger than average pool area is furnished with a table and chairs plus sunloungers. There is a child safety fence directly round the pool itself. The view from the pool area is of the orange grove. The sun is on the back from late morning onwards (but the covered lanai provides shade should you prefer).

The kitchen is fully equipped and has its own breakfast nook. Off the kitchen is the utility room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The formal dining room leads off the lounge. Finally, there is a double garage. In here you will find racquets and balls for the tennis court and inflatables for the pool. All bed linen and towels (including pool) are provided.

Attractions & Distances

Drive time to Disney is about 20 minutes, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center 60 minutes, East and West Coast resorts 90 minutes.
