Description

The villa has 2 Master Bedrooms with their own en-suite facilities and King Size beds and 2 twin bedrooms with shared facilities  The lounge overlooks the pool area through large opening sliding doors and is fitted to a very high standard including TV (Cable), DVD Player and Playstation. There is a formal dining area with an open plan kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (including ice making).

The pool is above average size at 30' x 15' and has an integral spa. The lanai has a covered area for shelter from the sun and is furnished with loungers, chairs and table for al fresco dining. All linen and towels are provided and there is a utility room fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board for the frustrated housewife.

The main Disney attractions are a 10 minute drive away, Sea World and Universal Studios 20 minutes, Busch Gardens 70 minutes, both east and west coasts just over 1 hour, Orlando Int Airport 30 minutes, Sanford 55 minutes and numerous golf courses within 10 minutes.
