Our villa is located just off Old Lake Wilson Road (just south of Reunion Golf Resort) and is minutes from Junction 58 of I-4. Its only 10 minutes (1 junction) from Disney and the interstate link provides easy access (approx 15-20 min)to Seaworld, Universal Studios and all other attractions. Championsgate golf is just a few minutes away with its world famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy. A large Publix supermarket, post office, shops,DVD rental shop, restaurants and food outlets are also located at Championsgate.

 Many vacation homes in Orlando have other houses and pools within a few feet of them. However, this beautiful deluxe villa looks from its own pool over open countryside at the back, with the neighbours a sensible distance away. The beautiful views and cattle grazing awake you in the morning - while the peace and tranquillity of the setting will relax you after a full day at the local attractions. This large villa is luxuriously furnished and equipped down to the last towel (including beach towels).

The spacious kitchen has everything you need, and all the equipment is American - made, so you know it's big and efficient! The villa is air - conditioned throughout and also benefits from additional ceiling fans. Also the tiled floors in the main living space provide a cool environment even on the hottest day.
 

A George Foreman barbeque is available for outdoor dining. The family room features a CABLE TV with 80 channels, DVD player and MOVIES for that relaxing night in front of the TV. There is also a CD player and BOOK LIBRARY. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a queen-size bed, LARGE CABLE TV, walk-in closet with SAFE and en-suite shower room. The second queen bedroom has 2 windows with stunning views overlooking the pool and countryside and has CABLE TV. The first twin room is brightly decorated with CABLE TV and DVD player while the second twin room is LION KING themed for the enjoyment of the children and also has CABLE TV and the new addition of PLAYSTATION 2 AND GAMES.

Both rooms share a family bathroom. The bonus single bedroom also has FREE NURSERY EQUIPMENT including travel cot, highchair, stroller and backpack carrier. The fully equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided, making it easy to cook away from home. A separate utility area provides washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Additionally there is a GAMES AREA with POOL TABLE, GOLF CLUBS, KIDS BIKES, MICRO SCOOTERS.
