Our home is situated in a beautiful landscaped and wooded setting in a small select development of individual luxury villas with landscaped gardens and private heated pools. Our British owned management company are readily available to guests for help and advice.

Description

Unlike most holiday lets, furnished with rental in mind, we have chosen luxurious and comfortable furniture and decorations to make our guest’s stay in Florida very special.

A covered “lanai” area provides shade from the sun and leads to the terrace around the 30ftx15ft southwest facing heated pool with Roman steps for easy and safe access.

Attractions & Distances

Disney 12 minutes, Sea World and Universal Studios 25 minutes, Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast 80 minutes, Orlando Airport 30 minutes and Sanford Airport 60 minutes.

 Amenities

We provide the necessary bed linen and towels (except beach towels) and the villa is fully equipped with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. In the kitchen there is a large American range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Small items such as coffee maker, toaster and kettle are all provided. Telephone is installed with free local calls and a security system and smoke alarm system throughout the house are fitted for your peace of mind. Television is provided in the family room with cable T.V. and video/DVD player.
