Description

Our brand new ,luxury, single story 4 bed room 3 bathroom Floridian style villa, has it's own private swimming pool, Spa (backing on to conservation area) and Games room to entertain all ages. It is located on the prestigious estate of Orange Tree set in Orange groves, off the Highway 27, just 5 miles from Disney. After a day at attractions, relax in the family room with Cable TV, DVD & Music system. Or enjoy a dip in the Jacuzzi or swim in your own pool just through the patio doors from the living room.

Dining Area
There is a formal dining area which seats 6 people or enjoys al fresco dining on the patio furniture on the shade of the lanai.

EAT - IN KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen/dinner allows you do as much or as little as you like. The kitchen has large fridge/freezer, Cooker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and full range of cooking utensils. It also has a table with 4 chairs.

The Villa boasts a 30ft x 15ft luxury pool with separate spa cascading a waterfall into the pool, completely screened and has a gas heater for those cooler days make the swimming here is a all year around experience. We also have a lanai with table & chairs for your outdoor dining and sunbathing.

The villa is back on to a conservation area.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

There are two master bedrooms with on-suit bathrooms. Master bedroom 1: The master bedroom with TV, King size bed & has access via French doors to pool deck. The en-suite include walk in shower, twin washbasins in a vanity unit, roman bath, WC & Bidet. Master bedroom 2: The 2nd master with TV, full size bed and en-suite with bath/shower, Washbasin & WC. Bedroom 3 & 4: Each has two single beds & 3rd bathroom situated between with bath/shower, washbasin & WC

Our villa is located on the exclusive Orange Tree Estate. Just off the Highway 27 north, approximately 2.5 miles north of Highway 192 west and 6 miles north of Interstate 4.

Ideal location for visiting all local attractions. 35 minutes from Orlando International airport. 45 minutes from Sanford International airport.

Non refundable deposit of $250/£140per week due at the time of booking.
