The villa is ideal for indoor/outdoor entertaining, where one space seems to blend seamlessly into another. The formal Dining area flows effortlessly into the Lounge Area, where you can sink into the sofas and relax or maybe read a book. Alternatively you may prefer to enjoy the Great Room with 42" Plasma Flat Screen TV, with up-graded cable channel package and Theatre Surround System, or maybe you would just prefer to gaze out of the French doors on the oversized Patio/Lanai Area overlooking the enticing pool.
 

You will never feel closed in while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen. Fully equipped with top of the line Maytag appliances and electrical gadgets to prepare any exquisite cordon-blur meal. Just look past the counter tops and the Nook Area through the French doors onto the Patio/Lanai Area. You may prefer to go 'Alfresco' with cooking and eating poolside with a choice of gas or charcoal barbeque.

Sambu Villa offers 3 bedrooms (1 master suite) and den which will comfortably sleep 8-10 guests. The Master Suite has its own private entry onto the Patio/Lanai Area, a perfect place to start the day with breakfast by the pool or a nightcap after a busy day at the theme parks or shopping malls in Orlando, Florida.

For the guests who cannot leave work at home, we offer FREE unlimited worldwide telephone calls and broadband internet linked computer, just so you can keep in touch with the world outside of Florida.

This vacation home is wonderfully situated for Lake Louisa National Park - ideal for fishing and messing about on the water. Not to forget the golfers, over 50 golf courses are within a 30 mile radius, and we have special discounts on selected courses, available to our guests. Please ask for details when you book.

Kids of all ages are catered for, with pack n' play cribs plus bedding, high chairs, strollers, books, toys, DVD's/video's and Playstation 2. Pool table, air hockey, table football, basketball game and electronic dartboard are all located within the air-conditioned Games Room.

For your peace of mind, the pool is protected by a child safety fence, and all doors that lead onto the Patio/Lanai Area are alarmed to warn you of any little ones straying.

The hot tub, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults, has 'mood lighting' and a waterfall feature, where if you lay back and shut your eyes and listen to the water cascading into the spa you will be carried away into your own sanctuary of peace and relaxation.
