Our beautiful and spacious luxury villa is ideally situated for your vacation in the Sunshine State. The villa is located within 15 minutes drive of Disney World and close to all other Central Florida attractions. It also provides easy access to the I4 and the beautiful beaches of the West Coast. Golf courses, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM, internet access & gas stations all within 1 mile. Highway 192 with all its shops, restaurants and attractions is just five minutes drive and International Drive with Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios etc just 20 minutes away.

The Pool Area

Description

The villa has 5 bedrooms and two single sofa beds accommodating up to a maximum of 12 persons.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, twin vanity unit, bath, separate wc cubicle and large walk-in closet. It also has cable TV & VCR. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom with large shower vanity unit and wc.

A third double bedroom & two twin bedrooms share a third family bathroom with bath, over bath shower, vanity unit and wc. All bedrooms have closets and one of the twins has cable TV.

The main living area is open plan with vaulted ceilings and consists of a large family room, separate formal dining area, breakfast nook & breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen with all the necessary amenities. These include a large storage cupboard ,cooker, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, double sink, toaster, filter coffer maker, juicer kettle and sufficient crockery/utensils for 12 guests. There is a separate laundry room with large washer and dryer, iron & ironing board etc.

At the rear of the house is the large gas heated pool & jacuzzi spa backing onto the beautiful orange groves of Lake Davenport. The pool & spa can be floodlit at night and the pool deck comes equipped with sun loungers, table & chairs with sun umbrella and a barbecue. Pool heating is subject to an additional charge but is usually only required in the winter months.

The villa is fully air conditioned and with ceiling fans in the bedrooms. All bedlinen and towels are provided although you may prefer to bring your own cot bedlinen and swimming towels. The living area has large screen cable TV, VCR & films, DVD player & films, Nintendo Gamecube and games, CD player & CD's plus a small selection of toys and games.
