Our executive villa is located in the quiet residential community of Pinewood Country Estates located off CR54 only a 10-15 minute drive from the gates of Disney and just minutes from the newly developed Champions Gate PGA golf courses.

Description

Our home is a larger than average privately owned executive four bedroom, two and a half bathroom detached villa with its own private south facing heated pool, spa and secure garden (not overlooked).

Our home is luxuriously furnished to accommodate eight guests. It has 2000 sq foot of fully air conditioned space and has ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai (the covered patio area by the pool). The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a breakfast area with table and chairs that has patio doors leading to the pool.

The spacious lounge has 3 sofas, cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System and a selection of books and games. There is a separate dining room accessed from the kitchen or hallway and a utility room with an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
 

The master suite is on ground level and has a king size bed and TV. Patio doors lead onto the pool deck. The en-suite facilities include a deep bath, separate shower and twin vanity basins.

Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and overlooks the pool. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. One is Mickey Mouse themed and has a Playstation 2. All of our bedrooms have cable tv.  The upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower and twin vanity basins.

Disney gates 10-15 minutes, Universal Studios 25-30 minutes, Busch Gardens 60 minutes, Gulf Coast 60 minutes, East Coast 60 minutes, Orlando Airport 30-40 minutes and Sanford Airport 60 minutes..
