Description

This luxury house is a 4 double bedroom property (two rooms with Queen-size double beds with en-suites and two rooms with twin beds sharing a separate bathroom).

The Formal Dining Area
The house is not overlooked at the rear as it backs onto a lake. The house has been decorated and furnished to an extremely high standard throughout.
There is a formal dining area. The kitchen is open plan with a breakfast bar with leads to the spacious living room with twin sofas and additional seating. Amenities include cable TV, DVD, PS2 and games plus a hi-fi system. From the living area there is direct access to the private pool. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs for those evening al fresco meals by the pool. .

 

The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and overlooks the pool area. It also has its own television.

The second master suite bedroom is also on the ground floor and overlooks the front of the property. It also has its own television.

All bed linen and towels are provided. The separate utility room has full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. It is, by any standards, one of the more superior and comfortable properties available. Any renter will not be disappointed.
