Our home is situated in Silver Creek at Woodridge which is generally regarded as one of the most prestigious developments in the Orlando area and is situated at the end of Highway 192 off highway 27 only 10 minutes from Disney World, with all other major attractions within easy reach. Close by is a Winn Dixie store, 24hr Wal Mart, restaurants, gift shops, and excellent golf facilities and tennis. You will find this area to be an excellent base for your holiday in Florida. We are close to US192 & I4 so you are only a short drive away form the beaches on the Gulf Coast at Clearwater and St Petersburg.

The Twin Room

Description

This luxury holiday villa has 5 bedrooms and its own pool with an enclosure and a lanai (shaded porch) so you can enjoy a swim in the pool with out getting too hot. The pool sides onto a reserve and has woodland outlook.

Our Luxury Holiday Villa features two master bedrooms with en-suites. Two further twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom that also leads to the pool and bedroom five can be used for three purposes, a kids sitting room, an office or a fifth bedroom. The fifth room has cable TV, PS2 and an Internet PC.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open plan. The lounge area has two large and comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, plus a single chair. There is Cable TV in the lounge with DVD/VCR and HI-Fi. If you choose to relax we have a large selection of DVD's and CD's to enjoy. There is also a TV/DVD in both Master Suites and cable TV in 3 other bedrooms. The dining area has seating for six, plus there is a table with four chairs in the kitchen. There is also a small breakfast bar with two stools.
 

The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, range oven, fridge/freezer with icemaker, kettle, toaster, plus all the crockery, glassware and utensils required for 12.Within the garage is the laundry area with iron, ironing board, washing machine and and separate dryer. The garage area also holds the games room equipment with pool table, table tennis and darts.
