It is only 2 minutes to a Winn Dixie supermarket, Post Office, bank and pizza takeaway. Only 4 minutes for a WalMart SuperCenter.  There is an internet cafe at the beginning of the US-192E, only four minutes away.

2nd Master bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, built in closet, chest of drawers, Cable TV and 2 nightstands with lamps. 3rd Twin bedroom (2 single beds), built in closet, chest of drawers, Cable TV and lamp. Bathrooms: 2 En-suite to the master bedrooms PLUS 1 Separate bathroom.

All linens and towels supplied. Cot/Crib, high chair, stroller, BBQ and child's car seat available from management company by arrangement.

Large 30' x 15' private heatable pool and Spa. Lanai complete with patio furniture. Pool faces south-east and gets the sun from early morning until approx 6pm. Large living room: Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, chairs, end tables, lamps, Cable TV, DVD/CD player and telephone with free local calls. Double doors to the pool. Nook: With dining table and chairs for six. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, glassware and crockery. 4 ring hob, oven, grill and microwave. Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. Washing machine and dryer adjacent in garage.
