Location

The Silver Creek Community has recently been completed and consists of approximately 100 houses of varying sizes, colours and designs. It is surrounded on three sides by conservation land and offers a tranquil setting even though it is only 15 minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions. The development is managed by a Home Owners Association who ensure the community is maintained to a very high standard including all lawn and landscape maintenance.

Description

SilverCreek Villa was completed in 2004 as a 5 bedroom house, however we decided it works best as a 4 bedroom house consisting of 2 master bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 2 twins with shared bathroom. The fifth bedroom has been converted into a kids den which allows the grown-ups to enjoy their own space on those balmy Floridian evenings while the kids can play in the den with the games and toys provided.

In addition to the 30ft x 15ft heated swimming pool and integrated spa, the house has a fully equipped kitchen/dining area and is air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans in all rooms including the Games Room which has an American Pool table, Fusball for the soccer enthusiast and electronic darts with the non-lethal tips.

Attractions & Distances

Silver Creek is just off the US27 one mile north of the US 192, only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and approx 1 hour from Sanford Airport. Whilst the local attractions are a great reason to stay at SilverCreek Villa, the Atlantic and Gulf beaches are only 60 and 90 minutes away by car.
