Our home is situated on the prestigious Ashley Manor development, which consists of only 28 homes. It is close to junction 58 of the I4 with Champions Gate and Reunion golf courses within 5 minutes. Disney is only 12 minutes away. We are close to shops and restaurants. With our own games room you can relax or be as active as you please.

Thank you for taking the time to view our luxury home. We are sure we can offer you a dream holiday at a value for money price. This is our holiday home and we get so much pleasure from it that we are happy to share it with discerning guests.

Ashley Lodge is a luxury 5 bedroomed/3.5 bathroom villa situated in the small, exclusive development of Ashley Manor. As the first villa at the entrance it has an extra large grassed garden with a large south facing, private area for sunbathing or play. The large pool is surrounded by extended decking and is overlooked by a furnished lanai with fan. The whole area is fully furnished with quality, comfortable chairs, loungers, footstools, tables and sunshades. In the evenings you can relax and unwind by the pool which can be illuminated by an underwater light. To the rear of the pool is a conservation area lake, where the local wild-life can be observed. On our last visit the area was visited by an eagle. For the more energetic there is a top of the range games room with pool, air hockey, table tennis and table football.

  There is also a separate toilet and washbasin which is useful when you are using the pool or are relaxing downstairs.
  
  The first master bedroom is downstairs and has a king sized bed, masses of storage space and an amazing en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, corner bath, double sized shower, and his'n'hers washbasins. The bedroom also has a television and telephone.
  
  Upstairs there is a second master bedroom with en-suite toilet, bath with shower over, and wash basin There are also three twin bedded rooms, one of them decorated in a Disney theme. These share a further large bathroom.
  
  There are televisions in four of the five bedrooms and two hairdryers.
  
  There is a Play Station 2 which is currently located in the Disney bedroom. Some games are provided but they can also be hired from the video/DVD hire shops.
  
  For the convenience of families holidaying with a young child we provide a travel cot, a play pen, a high chair and a stroller/push chair.
  
  Everything is at hand to make your holiday a dream:

  - Disney is only about 12 minutes away

• - Sea World and Discovery Cove are 15 minutes away
  - There are 5 golf courses within 5 minutes and 15 within 15 minutes
  - The Gulf coast is about an hour away
  - Cape Kennedy is also about an hour away.
  - Tennis courts are nearby
  - You can take air boat rides, see alligators, or just relax between the sightseeing expeditions.
  
  Shopping in Orlando is unbelievable with all the outlet malls but on a more practical note there is a mini-market/general store/take away within walking distance of the villa, where you can get your daily paper and milk etc., and there is a large Centrix Supermarket 5 minutes away at Champions Gate. The Omni Hotel provides a range of luxury restaurants just 3 minutes away but there are a large number of restaurants just a short 5 minute drive away at Champions Gate, and these also provide a delivery service if you can't tear yourself away from our home.
  
  We have an excellent local management company who will look after things in the unlikely event of anything going wrong.
  
  Our prices include all taxes and all linen and towels, including beach towels. We also provide free national and international telephone calls.
