Adding your villa to our
website is simple. Just submit the information for your
villa using our online form and email us 6 photos and we
will place your villa within 48 hours after receipt of
payment. We will send you an email to confirm your listing
is live and send you your unique URL.
I do not see my
development listed on your website can I still list my
villa?
Yes of course you can! If
your villa is in a development not listed on our website, we
will create a new section for your development. We are
actively seeking all other developments close to Disney to
promote to our travel partners.
What you to
mean by the booking form in the terms and conditions of your
website?
We have set a
booking procedure which has worked well for us. Once a site
visitor has decided to place a booking, you will dispatch
the standard booking form by email, fax or post. In return,
the visitor must pay a non refundable deposit and send the
signed booking back to confirm the booking. Most visitors
are used to this system of placing a booking so we do
recommend you use it for site visitors from our website.
When do I receive the
rest of the products?
We will send you a
download link to the sample booking form, holiday rental
contract, sample terms and conditions in PDF format once
your villa has been listed.
How much shall I charge
for my villas?
We believe that the
following rates represent average rental rates for villa

bathrooms and subdivision we feel that villas should be
priced at the following to achieve the highest levels of

What should I do if my
images are too large?
Don’t worry, we will
adjust them for you to make them web friendly. Please ensure
they are .jpeg images.
How many villas can I add
to your listings?
You can add as many
villas as you like. However, our charge is based upon one
villa per listing.
How do I pay?
The quickest and easiest
way to pay is on-line by credit card or paypal. We also
accept £GBP or $USD cheques drawn on a UK or US bank.
Please note we do not accept $CND or EURO cheques.
I've added a villa to the
site, but it does not appear.
What is wrong?
Although you may add
villas at any time without limit, only those villas that
have been paid for will be listed. Please ensure that you
have paid for your listing through our online facility or
paypal.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. But we recommend
that you pay online to ensure your listing appears quickly.
We accept cheques drawn on UK or US bank accounts. Please
email us in advance to let us know you are posting a cheque.
Please quote your Name and Villa address on the back of the
cheque.
Are my personal contact
details displayed on the website?
Only your name, telephone
number, mobile and email are displayed.

Do you charge commission?
NO! Not at all. All you pay
is an annual fee at the start of your advertising and we
create your property advert and promote it on the internet to
our users. With our website you only need a booking for one
day to more than cover the cost of your annual advertising
bill then you can just sit back and enjoy all the profits from
the rest of the year's bookings.
How soon will my property
be on the Internet?
If you send us your
property details today, fill in our online form and pay by
credit card, your listing will be on the Internet within 2
working days.
What services are you
offering me?
Your property will be promoted to leading tour
operators, agents, developers and relocation agents from the
UK, USA, Canada, Ireland and the Netherlands who are actively
searching for quality villas. Our website is strongly promoted on
numerous travel industry websites, directories, search engines
and brochures. We'll promote your property advert on all the
world's major search engines.
How will I receive
enquiries?
Site visitors will be able
to send a booking enquiry direct from the ‘Enquire NOW!’ tab
or by contacting your directly by phone or email from your
villa listing. We ask that you respond to all genuine
enquiries as promptly as possible, even when they relate to
dates which are already booked. Failure to answer enquiries
reflects badly on our site and has an adverse effect on our
other property advertisers.
Can I change my advert?
Over the course of the year
if you would like to change your listing you can email us with
the modifications. However, we do ask that that you are fully
satisfied with your listing when you submit it to us initially.
How many photos can I have
on my advert?
We ask that you provide us with
SIX photos in order to keep your listing current with our

How to send photos?
The best and quickest way
to send photos is to use the "photo upload" facility provided
on the bottom Villa Details online- form. It's really easy to
use - you just select the picture number in question (1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6) then press "BROWSE" to find the saved and
corresponding photo image file on your local disk. Just press
"SUBMIT" and the image will be transferred to our server.
Can I have a link to my own
web site?
Yes, we will be pleased to
provide you with a URL link to your own web site. However, we
request the link is to your own private site which advertises
only those villas already advertised on our own site. In other
words, if you advertise a single holiday property on our
website, you cannot have a private URL link to a different site
which advertises 2 or more properties. However, if your own
web site advertises 4 different holiday homes, for example,
all those properties are individually advertised on
LuxuryDisneyVillas,
you will be able to have a private URL link on each of your
adverts.
Can I advertise more than
one property?
You can advertise as many
properties as you wish. There is only one property per listing
and each listing will need to be paid individually.
What rental income can I
expect?
The number of booking
enquiries which you can expect you’re listing to generate and
your resulting rental income will depend on a variety of
factors - many of which are beyond our control. The location,
style, standard, price and facilities of your property are all
key factors which will influence the success of your
advertising.
How do I
get paid?
The site visitors will
contact you directly and will pay you directly. They usually
pay by cheque, bank transfer or over the internet if you have
a online payment facility.
How much will it cost to

What do you mean by Sample
Holiday Rental Contract, Term & Conditions and Sample Booking
Form?
LuxuryDisneyVillas has
standard sample booking forms, terms & conditions, holiday
contracts that is provided to all our villa owners who have
listed with us. All these are forms that can be modified to
include your renter and your details.
Can I quote my villas rates
in $USD/ $CDN or €EURO?
Yes, you can. However, the
majority of our listings are placed using our base currency
£GBP.
I have items such as a
Welcome Pack, Pool Heating charges that I offer to guests. Can
I include these?
Yes, when the site visitor
calls or emails, you can clarify these prices.
I've paid for my villa, but
it's still not listed. Why?
Once you've paid for your
villa, we are notified of your order. As soon as your villa
has been listed, you will receive an email from an
administrator notifying you of the approval. The process may
take up to 48 - 72 hours to become live.
How does the money back
guarantee work?

what your advert is achieving for you we will refund every
