The villa is situated on the prestigious Westridge development. This development is close to newly built supermarkets and has a variety of restaurants in the area. The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International airport. The development is beautifully appointed and has a community play area for young children and older ones who like to play volleyball.

Description

Our executive 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa will sleep up to 10 people and also has a fold-away cot for younger children.

The villa has a double garage, a formal living room, with patio doors to the covered pool area. The formal living room connects to a formal dining area, with access to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The family room also has access to the kitchen area, and has a breakfast bar and separate eating area, with table and chairs. This family room has triple patio doors to the outside pool area.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and double shower unit. This bedroom has patio doors out to the covered pool area.

  There are two further double bedrooms both sharing a bathroom, one of the bedrooms having patio doors to the pool area.The final two bedrooms are twin bedrooms and have a shared bathroom. Outside there are beautifully landscaped gardens to the front and side and to the rear there is an oversized screened pool area with an additional spa/jacuzzi which both can be heated. The pool is 30ft by 15ft. There is a large lanai (shaded area) overlooking the pool which has sun loungers, chairs and a table.
