No 2 bathroom / bath / shower / wc situated between bedrooms 2 / 3, with rear door leading to patio and pool area.

Large family room has 2 sofas, patio doors leading to pool area, cable TV, VCR & credit card telephone. No 2 Living room has 2 sofas one a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 if required).

This is a privately owned 'licensed' inspected villa, it is maintained to the very highest standard by our local management co and complies in every respect to the strict local Health & Safety requirements of Florida law.
 

The villa has a formal dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs.  We have a fully equipped open plan kitchen and breakfast area including table & 4 chairs, all cutlery & crockery provided, fridge / freezer / ice maker / full cooking range / microwave / dishwasher and garbage disposal. Separate utility room housing large washing machine & dryer. Large garage + auto door.
