This beautiful detached former show-home villa is the ultimate in vacation accommodation. Situated just off the US-27 on the exclusive gated community of the Manors at Westridge, we are under 15 minutes drive from Disney and 20 minutes to Universal yet are located on a quiet residential development.

The villa features a large swimming pool and SPA / JACUZZI on an extended deck which has the added bonus of being SOUTH FACING ensuring all-day sunshine. We have recently added a fully kitted out GAMES ROOM with (pool table, air hockey, foosball (table football), Dart board and some tables and bar stools for your relaxation. There are no villas to the rear ensuring privacy and seclusion We have a covered patio area for you to relax in the shade complimented with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The villa is air-conditioned with tiled flooring throughout (except bedrooms) for your comfort and convenience. There are 5 spacious bedrooms with 3 fully equipped bathrooms (master en-suite) which with the sofa-bed can comfortably accommodate 10-12 people.

We try to cater for everyone and as such have 7 TVs, 4 Videos, 2 DVDs, 1 CD player and 1 Xbox all strategically placed around the house to ensure enjoyment for both parents and children alike. We provide free use of a Cot, high chair, Baby monitors, Buggy and pool toys and as you would expect, all bed linen, pillow, towels etc are also provided.

As well as all the comforts above, you will also have use of the superb 2000sq ft communal Club House, tennis courts, football and basketball courts, Fitness Suite and large Outdoor Pool.
