Location

The villa is in the private community of Westridge a luxurious development surrounded by orange groves yet just 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and approximately one hour from either coast. Community facilities are available for use by our guests free of charge.

They include a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball, beach volleyball and children's play area with slide and swings. The nearest supermarket is Publix which is less than 5 minutes away and there is also a large WalMart close by. The 192 is home to many shops and restaurants offering every possible cuisine.

Description

This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath villa sleeps 8 comfortably and is located just 15 minutes from Disney. This is not just a rental property it's our holiday home and is therefore equipped to the standard we expect ourselves. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans throughout. Cable TV is provided, including the Disney channel, and all local telephone calls are free of charge.

A friendly management company are available 24 hours a day if you need any assistance during your stay.

 
 

Accommodation is on one level and comprises:

MASTER BEDROOM (en-suite) - Patio doors lead from the master suite directly onto the pool area, ideal for that early morning dip. The room has cable TV, clock radio, telephone and a large walk-in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower cubicle, garden tub and his & hers sinks.

SECOND BEDROOM - Double with fitted wardrobe.

THIRD BEDROOM - Twin with fitted wardrobe.

BATHROOM - Shower over bath. Door out onto pool area.

FAMILY ROOM - Patio doors onto pool area. This room has cable TV, video and a hi-fi.

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, oven and table and chairs. The kitchen is divided from the family room by a breakfast bar with stools.

DINING ROOM - separate dining room with views over the front garden.

DEN - A quiet sitting area with a large sofa bed.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

POOL - The oversized pool (approximately 30' by 15') and South facing deck area look out onto open countryside with no rear neighbours.
There is a large lanai with table and chairs for alfresco dining and comfortable loungers for lazy days by the pool.

 

Attractions & Distances

Westridge is just 15 minutes away FORM Disney and either coast can be reached in about an hour. There are numerous golf courses in the area including Championsgate, Highlands Reserve and Falcons Fire. The nearest is Highlands Reserve, just 2 minutes away. There are also several executive courses close by including one at Polo Park just 5 minutes along the road..
