Description

This villa features a lovely, oversized pool (15 x 30) and backs on to tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and children's play area.

There is a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and a comfortable twin room share a further bathroom. The den leads off from a spacious open plan lounge\dinning room and contains a sofa bed and separate access to the pool.

The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect (fridge/freezer, dish washer, cooker, microwave) and separate informal dinning area. The lounge and master bedroom have cable TV & DVD.
 

The master suite bedroom is on the ground floor and has patio doors directly opening to the pool area. All bed linen and towels are provided. The separate utility room has full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. It is, by any standards, one of the more superior and comfortable properties available.
